I'm having trouble logging in to manage my subscription. What do I do?

To manage your subscription, you must have an account at bigislandcoffeeroasters.com/account. If you're trying to log in and are getting a "user not found" error, chances are that you checked out as a guest and did not register for an account.

You can either retroactively create an account, or have customer service send you an Account Invitation.

To retroactively create an account, go to https://bigislandcoffeeroasters.com/account/register. It's important you use the same name and email address you used for purchasing the subscription, so your subscription can be linked to your account.
