When do subscriptions and Coffee Club orders ship?
Hawaiian Coffee of the Month Club
Hawaiian Coffee of the Month Club coffees are roasted once per month to ensure freshness and consistency.
- All Coffee Club orders process on the 26th of each month
- Coffees are roasted shortly after and typically delivered during the first week of the following month
- Changes (skips, address updates, cancellations) must be made by the 24th to apply to the next shipment
- Shipping timelines may shift slightly during holiday periods
If you sign up after the 26th:
Your payment will process immediately, but your first shipment will be scheduled for the next roast cycle.
Example:
If you sign up on March 29, you’ll be charged at checkout, but your first Coffee Club shipment will arrive in early May. You are only charged once for that first shipment.
This happens because Coffee Club coffees are roasted only once per month, and missed cutoffs roll into the next cycle.
Standard Coffee Subscriptions
Standard subscriptions are more flexible and ship year-round.
- Choose any year-round coffee
- Select a delivery cadence of every 1 to 6 weeks
- Orders process and ship based on your selected schedule
