How to I skip a shipment or change my subscription interval?

First log in to your account, then click the Manage Subscriptions button to be taken to the subscription portal.

Select Delivery Schedule or Subscriptions from the menu.  Form these pages you will see a list of your subscriptions with options to Manage or Skip. Select Manage Subscription to view the detail of the subscription, and make your updates accordingly.

NOTE: Hawaiian Coffee of the Month subscriptions cannot have their delivery dates updated.  Please skip a shipment rather than canceling your subscription and renewing a later month.
