Do purchased gift cards expire?
By law, electronic gift cards are valid for at least five years, and paper gift certificates are valid for at least two years. If no expiration is shown, they remain valid indefinitely.
Are there any fees?
No. We do not charge dormancy, inactivity, or service fees on our gift cards.
Can I get cash back from my gift card?
Yes. If your remaining balance is under $5, you can request cash back, as required by Hawaiʻi law.
