How often are your coffees roasted, and when do they ship?

All of our coffees are roasted to order in small batches, ensuring peak freshness and flavor.

We roast Monday through Thursday, and most orders ship Tuesday through Friday, with each bag clearly stamped with its roast date.

There are two exceptions:

1. Reserve or Pre-Order Coffees – If your order includes a special reserve release, it will ship together once that coffee’s designated roast date arrives.
2. Coffee Club Orders – Our Hawaiian Coffee of the Month Club shipments go out during the first or third week of each month, depending on your membership. The Cuppers Club orders process on the 13th of each month. Tasters, Explorers, Roasters, and the Barrel Aged Hawaiian Coffee of the Month process on the 26th of each month.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, depending on order volume.

• FedEx orders are prioritized and roasted immediately for shipment Monday through Friday. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays.
• Free Shipping orders may ship via USPS or FedEx, depending on the most efficient carrier for your location.

Each bag is roasted, packed, and sealed on the Big Island — fresh from the farm to your cup.
