What is Navidium? How do I opt out?

Navidium is an optional shipping insurance that protects shipments from situations where fault does not lie with the shipper or transit company, and/or where the package cannot be returned.

For example:

• FedEx shows proof of delivery but the package is missing or stolen
• The shipping address is incorrect and the package cannot be recovered
• Order is placed for the wrong item and items cannot be returned or resold
