Navidium is an optional, minor shipping insurance that protects high-value packages from situations where fault does not lie with the shipper or transit company, and/or where the package cannot be returned.
For example:
- FedEx shows proof of delivery but the package is missing or stolen
- The shipping address is incorrect and the package cannot be recovered
- Order is placed for the wrong item and items cannot be returned or resold
- et cetra
Shipping insurance enables small businesses to provide superior customer service and eliminates the need to raise prices on account of errors.
To disable Navidium, simply toggle the Navidium shipping option to 'off' as shown.
