• Can I exchange my reward after I've redeemed it?

  Not at this time. Once redeemed, the reward will remain active in your account.

• Can I use multiple reward discount codes at checkout? Or use a reward discount code with another promo code?

  No, a reward discount code cannot be combined with any other promo or reward code. Only one code may be used at checkout at a time.

• Do you have a referral program?

  Yes, we do! Simply create an account to generate your unique referral URL. You can then share this with friends. For more information and to find your unique URL, follow this link.

• How do I use a Free Product code?  Can I use it with my subscription?

  Free Product codes will apply to all online store orders excluding subscriptions. Free Product codes cannot be used with subscription purchases.
