Wild Reward Program FAQs

• Can I exchange my reward after I've redeemed it?

  Not at this time. Once redeemed, the reward will remain active in your account.

• Can I redeem a coupon along with my rewards discounts?

  One reward code, coupon or discount can be used per order.

• How does your referral program work?

  When you're a Wild Rewards member, you can give $10 off to your family and friends, and you'll get a $10 reward when they place their first order! Simply create a Wild Rewards account or log into your existing account. Look for the referral code in the pop up.

• How do I use a Free Product code?  Can I use it with my subscription?

  Free Product codes will apply to all online store orders excluding subscriptions. Free Product codes cannot be used with subscription purchases.

• How do I earn points and rewards for my purchases?

  With Wild Rewards, you earn points every time you shop — then redeem them for discounts and gift cards that can be used on most of our Hawaiian coffees and products.
